Was Cotto 'Drained' or 'Dehyrdrated' when fighting Pacquiao?

Nope.. he looked great. He normally comes in at 146 so I doubt shedding one extra pound did him any harm.

Clearly manny's face and busted eardum begs to differ. This was no mayweather esque performance but manny demonstrated that he was clearly the better fighter on offence and defence.

Anyone who votes yes is a ****** plain and simple. There's no physical evidence nor appearance of hinm being drained.

Cotto was not weight-drained nor nothing. He lost fair and square. I never underestimated Pac Man but I admit I overestimated Cotto's capabilities as a fighter.

Nope. He looked healthy and competetive before he got run over by Pac.

I don't believe he was weigh drained, but he has been looking weaker in his past few fights. He looked less muscular in his fight with Mosley, Margo, Clottey and Pacman. Maybe it has something to do with his personal trainer wanting that lean muscle and not counting in his power so much. Either way he would have lost because Manny nulified his left hook with his footwork just like he did Hatton and Hoya and the way to beat someone with Pac style is to throw some good hard right hands down the pipe and none of those 3 can.

Sure he did :patsch. Proof or it didnt happen. Ron fraizer making a passing reference to it is not proof.

Good point. Every fighter who has to make weight is weight drained and dehydrated to a certain extent... all I'm saying is that Cotto wasn't that 'walking corpse' type of dehydrated for the Pac fight like he was when he fought at jr. welterweight. Miguel made the 145 lb limit as comfortably as can be expected.

No. As usual, they find ways to discredit, and its not even the Cotto fans.

Same people, over and over again.
    Best man won.

He looked fine at the weigh in and during the fight im my eyes. He never appeared drained or bothered by anything other than the punches he was taking.
