I think a simple NO will suffice.:D But your point is taken.

There was no such clause. Cottos camp never mentioned it and neither did anyone else in the lead up to the fight. Its just a nasty rumour started by Ron Fraizer on a boxing scene article. You cant just make passing reference to something like that without fully explaining. Its like saying 'mayweather occasionally made his opponent wear heavier gloves than him'. As far as im concerned, its complete BS until i hear the cotto camp say it.

Don't hold your breath.....Cotto camp doesn't come out with excuses even though they turn out to be facts.
One I am pretty sure of though is that Cotto is kicking himself in the ass for agreeing to the catch weight and starting his training camp one month in advance!!!

Cotto was in tremendous shape. If anything he showed he wasnt drained, simply by the amount of punishment he took and the fact that he was still boxing on his toes and fully sharp at the stoppage. Pacquiao is just better.

See this is what i mean. People will believe this **** because they dont want to accept that fighters lose because the other guy is better.

According to Freddie Roach, they were trying to get him down even 2 lbs, to put him at a disadvantage. So, at least from Team Pac's standpoint, it was mission accomplished. Cotto looked to be in shape for the fight; however. He basically trained himself for it though. And he was thoroughly outclassed.
