What does that have to do with anything? Just because your turn a certain age doesnt mean you cant compete anymore.

Haha, an ATG. Id love to see PBF get in there with Carmen Basillio. If floyd is gonna retire without fighting thebest welterweight contenders, he isnt going to be remembered as an ATG by any boxing fans, only the clowns who watch a fight once a year when its a big fight.

He is ducking all the good welterweights, and with good reason. Shane would whip him, cotto would knock him out, so would margorito, and paul williams would UD him. the only one he could beat handily is Cintron.

If you call flurying 30 seconds a round 'outboxing' then DLH beat Mayweather and Whitaker as well, period. :patsch

Nah but it should have been. Zab was giving Floyd problems big time is the first half of that fight. Far more than Hatton gave him, but Floyd adjusted and did his thing.

It doesnt mean you cant compete but it does make a big difference when you start losing a step.

Mosley is past his prime...and is not what he used to be...that has to be taken in account when analysing Cotto-Mosley.

I agree with everything you said apart from Mosley and Margarito beating Mayweather. Mosley couldn't defeat Cotto, so he won't fair any better against Mayweather. Margarito lost to Williams, so that kinda tells us he wouldn't beat Mayweather either.

Mosley has slipped but he was the number 1 ranked Welterweight at the time Cotto fought him. You cant just look at somebodies age and think that they dont have it anymore.
