Was Danny Williams stunning KO over Tyson more impressive than Lewis's win over Tyson

He still should have been able to beat Williams not lay on the ropes and quit like he did. Look how Williams finished him off. Tyson just gave up. He quit and used the knee injury as an excuse. Thats why Freddie Roach said see ya to Tyson.
He knew Tyson couldnt or wouldnt put in the effort to train and was wasting his time. Remember Tyson was leaving Roach waiting in the gym in Arizona on a weekly basis.
Tyson had one good training camp with Roach for Etienne and his performance was pretty explosive. Tyson in the 230's was a completely different fighter. No speed no explosiveness.

Well Tyson wasnt capable of handling B level opposition two fights later. He was stopped two in a row and retired. Tyson was just mentally done didnt want to fight anymore.

Lewis was sliding no doubt, but I believe Vitali was and is way overated. When Lewis saw how he struggled with him he knew it was time to hang em up and not tarnish his legacy which is also overated in my opinion.

Lewis was not shot but he didn't look good at all. You have eyes, use them.

The difference here is that Lewis would have been good enough to be in the ring with Tyson in his prime.Williams would have been lucky to get a job as a sparring partner for prime Mike. When you're on the downward slope, deterioration comes to you at a much faster rate than improvement does on the way up.Mike was miles south of his best when Lennox beat him, many more miles south when Danny won.It wasn't as if Williams was doing a demolition job on Mike before the KO.Come on guys, this shouldn't be up for debate.

Well, if the man is on one leg and can't put weight into his punches, I'm not sure what else he's suppose to do. If Tyson can't power punch, he can't fight.

I have little doubt Tyson had a poor trianing camp and as I already said, Mike had no business being that heavy and probably wouldn't have tore his knee throwing his signature punch if he was in shape.

And even in such poor shape, Mike was winning the first round UNTIL THE INJURY..not until he gassed, not until he just decided to quit, not until Williams did something remarkable to swing the fight, but not until he was injured.

Yes I think the knee injury was part of the reason Tyson quit but not the only reason.

I think Lewis is top 5 ATG so it looks like your assumptions are wrong son. As for The Klits, sure I like them, they are the best right now. I am very critical of Wlad, another point you have seemed to miss in your heated hateful rant.

Do some research before you make wild claims about what people think son.

He probably was. That fight was only 6 months after his 4 round destruction of Rahman.

He certainly looks stunning here. Fantastic movement and controlling the range easily. In fact the English commentary team at the 9.00 mark say "That's Lewis's best performance of his career".

Tyson's true prime ended in 1988 when he fired Kevin Rooney and lost all links to his formative years with Cus D'amato. He may still have been in his prime physically, but mentally he'd lost his edge and his heart. He certainly wasn't the same beast after Robin Givens and Don King came sniffing for $$.

Like Holyfield 10 times and RJJ 8 times? You don't think that maybe they should have retired while they still had fight left? Same with Tyson. Well, technically it's all fair and square but some *******s just don't know when to quit.
