The idea that he was concussed is based on the question of whether Dirrell was acting or not, so to say, "see, look, he was out, therefore its a concussion" doesn't work, because whether he was out or not is the very thing we are questioning..... don't you get that yet?

I cannot believe people argue this point! If people want empirical evidence on how people react to a hard blow to the head all they have to look at is any hockey hit highlight reel. Almost every time someone gets knocks out they have a stunned look on there face and then there is a delay and they put there hand to there face finally they go to sleep. As a Canadian and a hockey fan I have seen so many of these type of reactions that it without question that he was not acting.
He Faked it but it doesn't matter, Abraham was a dirty motherfukker trying to take advantage of dirrell slipping. I say justice was served, Dirrell gave Abraham what he wanted when he he threw that dirty punch.
Just watched the fight again... Dirrell definitely wasn't faking it. He had no reason to do that he was winning the fight handily. He just got fouled... hard and it showed. It's pretty simple really.
