Indeed, but there was always the question if the fight was fixed and/or did his boxer get his money?!

As a fan, you got to see ridiculously stacked cards, and most the fights ppl wanted to see, yet the fighters hated him, they were always complaining about something or another, usually money.

Arum is the opposite, all his boxers get paid well enough, but as a fan you get to see shitty one sided fights, usually the old warrior being fed to the younger lion.

Yeah im kind of stuck on what to think of the guy, he is as crooked as it gets and robs fighters but on the other hand he made great fights happen. If king was in charge floyd-manny would have already happened thats for sure.
Bob arum is almost the same guy but he doesnt make the great fights, just what pays him more.

    I agree with this.

He was the best in terms of getting us the fight we wanted to see, and the worst because he screwed his fighters and ddnt give a **** about them. But does anyone really care how he screwed them? I dont, I just want to see great fighters.

i got a feeling floyds flirtations towards going with don king might turn into sumit more soon.

don king and arum are the old guard,im sure kind will get floyd and make a call to his ole buddy bob and get the fight signed.

just floyd needs to know to check the small print of every contract, have lawyers with him at all times, and make sure he has copies and proof of original contracts to make don cant alter them and insert extra clauses to screw him over.
