Sorry I meant that was the closest a shot Morales was capable of coming to producing a great performance vs Pac, his last overall great performance was definitely the 1st fight, Erik just had Pacquiao's number.

    :good

Even a SHOT and weight-drained Morales can't be counted out when his opponent is the Pacman!

I don't know how Morales lost to Raheem, because Morales is a much better boxer than Raheem. There should of been a rematch.

This man nailed it folks. Don't forget that Raheem boxed BEAUTIFULLY in that fight, and it is the masterpiece of his career.

Roach can spot subtle things much quicker than most other trainers and fighters, and much quicker than pretty much any boxing fan.

No. Past prime 4 sho, but not washed up. Raheem was simply all wrong for him.

I was ringside for that fight, and I guarantee you he was washed up. Raheem was teeing off with shots that *I* could have avoided.

I believe Morales was less effective at 135, he still would've been dangerous if it were possible to continue making 130.
Morales was still dangerous even against David Diaz at 135, but it just was not a good weight for him. Then we saw what Pac did to Diaz.

    Interesting!

Thanks man, I think it's safe to say Morales was shot!

Must have been rather disappointing as a fan, ring-side, to see El Terrible in that condition getting his face lit up.
