He was wobbled and knocked down but PBF's athleticism allowed him to mask it well.

Hey thread starter, the questions you really need to ask yourself:

"Did JMM not win either of his fights with Manny?"

"Did Pascal actually drop Hopkins with the first KD/rabbit punch?"

"Did Paulie actually KO Lozada couple months ago?"

"Is Sebastian Zbik the WBC middleweight champ?"

    "Is Shumenov 1-1 against Campillo?"

"Did de la Hoya really win more than 3, tops 4 rounds against Mayweather?"

    "Was Whitaker robbed?"

Some would argue that Mayweather was floored in that fight, but they would be incorrect.

Because even though PBF was rocked, and forced into a crouch at one point, there was no time in that sequence where he touched the canvas with any part of his body except the soles of his shoes. And if that's the case, then no kd can be scored.

You are taking it too seriously and defend Gayweather too much!!!!

That was a snide statement addressing a classic thread. see - Floored, michiganwarrior

    :lol::lol::lol:

BTW, his gloves touched the floor, therefore FLOORED.

i stil maintain that whether or not floyd would have still won, that would have completely changed the texture of the fight had judah been awarded the knockdown. could anyone honestly say that the fight would have gone the same way had judah won 3 of the first 4 rounds, one of which was 10-8? he would have had a pretty solid lead on mayweather and the confidence to believe he could ACTUALLY win...not saying he does but that would have changed the fight dramatically imo

    That's not even being debated.

The simple question was whether Gayweather was "michiganwarriored" or "floored".

People would go to lengthy rhetoric to answer the question when all they have to do is see the video.

Did he touch the FLOOR with any part of his body other than his foot?

    a. Yes
    b. No

If the answer is yes, then he is MWed

If no, then he is FLOORED, because according to MW (see answer yes), you don't need to touch the FLOOR to be FLOORED?

If it is too complicated, PM me and I will make it more complicated.

No, he got knocked down. You are thinking of the Corley fight when he got floored by that right hook. Or when Mosley floored him with the right hand in round 2.

    What is the debate anyway?

here is the video - Juadah legitimately connected and Gayweather legitimately touched the floor at around 17 seconds.

I haven't bothered with the other thread in a while because the point was already made 2 million times over.

Anyway, Mayweather's gloves were clear of the floor at each and every point of the onslaught he sustained against Mosley in the 2nd round of their fight. Not a kd, and I'd be saying the exact same thing if it were Pac-Man in the situation. :good
