Was floyd jealous of Pacquiao?

If he was it dosen't matter now. I'm sure the one jealous now is Pac.

 

He was trying to steal PAC Fighter Of The Decade trophy award.

 

Floyd is jealous of PAC , is this a joke atsch. While would Floyd be jealous of his idol, all if all he would just praise PAC. He was jumping for joy when PAC fought Morales.

 

I don't think Floyd is or was ever jealous of Pac. What he felt was disgust and disdain because he saw how the boxing media and Bob Arum was playing on and building Pac up with all those bull**** fights and hype. What really set him off was that Pac was believing that **** when it so obvious that it was bull****. Then he had the nerve to act like he was on Mayweather's level and demanded that he get half of everything if they fought.

I think it was then that Mayweather decided to play hardball with Pac and his people. Now Pac understands who the real king of PPV and boxing is and it's not him.

 

Floyd isn't dumb. I remember when he beat Hatton and he thought it would be his new Olympic moment, maybe his Ray Leonard moment, he'd wave a little American flag in victory over the Brit and next morning he'd be smiling from every kid's box of Wheaties... but it didn't happen.

Then he saw Pacquiao becoming the biggest name in boxing, especially to the celebrity crew, the media, and most importantly the casuals whose uninformed but dominant opinion carry forward into the non-boxing mainstream and into posterity. In terms of collecting AND KEEPING his wealth FMJ remains indubitably in the superior position; but for a boy who's whole life has been about boxing it must hurt his soul to ponder where he might be in the public eye right now had he not gone down the route of marketing himself in notoriety. Maybe that's why the interviews with him and his father are bitter, as when Sr laments about "the whole world is with him (Pacquiao)" even though Jr is financially running high.

Maybe it's not so much about Pacquiao the man, but about the person in the public eye Floyd never became. Could all the dollar stacks be cold comfort after all?

 

Void is just plain old afraid of Pac. Pac might hurt him..............Void has been running for years now, ever since Pac stopped Cotto...............
