Was Floyd's performance impressive, or simply expected?

By mid-third round Floyd had adapted very quickly and you can tell Shane was getting confused, from both the style and getting beaten to the jab each time.

By round 5 or so, shane began to gas and Floyd began to dominate, you can tell by the way he sticks his face out meaning he had shane's distance and timing down, and became relaxed and confident.

After getting used to seeing Floyd pot shot all the time at welter I think Floyd showed us a couple of things during this fight, most notably in rounds 2 and 3 the fact that he can handle critical situations in a rapid and calculated fashion. Also he can play the aggressor against even an opponent like Shane.

Pacquiao debates aside, I was really impressed by this fight--

He didnt adapted Shane is simply shot, the second round was his last hurrah by the third round he was already dead tired and was basicaly just a sitting duck that couldnt even pull the trigger.

Amazing that within 2 rounds Mosley had Floyd nearly out and could fight but then he became shot and couldn't pull the trigger after that.

    Gotcha.

Went exactly as I expected. I predicted a wide UD win for PBF and that's what we saw. A one sided boxing match.

I expected it. Props to PBF.

Deep inside, I wanted SSM to win.

I was impressed how he took the fight to Mosley, he didn't fight on the back foot and pressured more than Mosley did.

The rapidity in which he collected himself after buckling and the proceeding aggressive domination is what was interesting in comparison to some of his other fights.

This Mosley wasnt half the fighter he was in his prime this was an old man on his last legs.

The P4P no 3 was ridiculous and everyone knows it. It was merely so to create hype for the fight.

A Margarito without his cheating is not a great feat and does not warrant P4P top 3. Being inactive for the longest time is not something that warrants no 3 P4P. And he is old as the hills on top of it.

Just ridiculous and a media hype stunt of the kind GBP can carry out now they control the Ring.
