I just noticed how much quicker Joe was than Ali their first match and that he was lighter, Jones got caught at times by the much heavier and slower Ruiz, Joe`s handspeed was much quicker than John R.`s was, in the first bout v Ali wa his hand speed comparable to Roy`s v Ruiz?
Defo, Ruiz was catching Jones with counters in the 1st round Joe would have ended it there, Joe would also have slipped those punches quicker, it seems Roy`s reflexes were affected by te extra weight or he was having trouble evading after punching because he still in range due to John`s reach.
He slipped shots faster even if his hand speed was much slower, Roy`s reflexes were poor at heavy considering he was fighting such a slow heavy.
