I've been following Boxing for 35 years, and I have to say I've never really paid attention to Montoya or respected his opinion when it was presented to me....same goes for his associate, Kim...

There's like 1 or 2 writers out there who can make me lift my eyebrows and nod my head a little....Thomas Hauser being one of them...because frankly, I talk Boxing with guys who know The Sport better than the grand majority of the "insiders" or people with a credential badge...


Almost anyone can put a piece together or report some news...so I think it's more appropriate to say, "he never began"...

Gabe is still around....still writing for M_A_X. Not really getting as much attention now but I don't think anyone ever thought that attention would last forever...he's a sports writer....Not a blue chip athlete.
