Pull Scott up last night on not being a proper champ. About time!

Also good to hear them say they will fight anywhere. Great news!

Let's be real here: That fight does make sense on all levels in Belfast. But if it happens even in Manchester I'd be happy to see it there.

Hearn - for the millionth time - really does have to pull his finger out here with Quigg.

Even the casuals know that Scott is fighting anyone of note, and only Hearn can change that.

Quigg hasn't got a following, a real title, a profile that is 1/10th of the size of Framptons.

    Carl stops Quigg within 6.

I am a big Frampton fan last night the atmosphere looked electric. Firstly credit to Quigg for comming to Belfast and getting in the ring. If Quigg thinks he is a geninue world title holder he is deluded. Also Frampton is selling out fights on his own. Quigg isnt a big ticket seller in Manchester come on now.

Haye said this fight would sell out Wembley thats nonsense. Just because Froch and Groves did doesnt mean anyone else will.

If it was me making the fight

    London 02
    50/50 winner 60/40
No rematch clause heard Barry comments snd a rematch is laughable if the demand is there and the fight does well then look at bigger venues lets not get jump before we can run.

for me jackal wins inside 6

why on earth would u have the fight in Birmingham lol

I thought Quigg handled himself brilliantly, got to say I think Quigg wins when they meet, he will test carls chin like others haven't.
I thought Carl was a little to easy to hit last night especially to the body and Quigg will hurt him there, he won't have a size advantage over Scott as well

Totally agree. He was caught repeatedly to the body by Avalos. Think Scott could grind him down in a gruelling battle.

Noticed the size difference when they were stood next to each other in the ring.

Was a great PR move by Barry to make up loads of excuses as to why they won't dare fight Quigg.

Time for Frampton to man up.

Possibly because he didn't respect Avalos's power?

Besides, Quigg isn't exactly Pernell Whittaker, is he? Carl will find him before Scott finds Carl, I'm afraid.

Again, who does Carl ever hold a size advantage over? He's tiny!

Quigg is a full blow Feather-weight!

What team frampton say and what they do are two different thingd. Barry was saying Carl beats Rigo but it is a fact that they have ducked him multiple times.

Barry is the biggest bull****ter in boxing.

All seemed a bit childish and fake to me, as if Barry is trying to negotiate his fighter out of the fight even before negotiations have started. you can guarantee he'll ask for a 80/20 split in Frampton's favour and all the talk about the coming to London or Manchester won't be mentioned. as Quigg said the fight isnt about one of them and it could be for no titles its a fight the public wants to see. who cares who's the 'real' champion. the real champion will be crowned afterwards. personally i think thats Frampton but it will NOT be easy

Also I think a lot has changed in the past year and Frampton would give Rigo a great fight, he is no longer invincible and Frampton definetly has the power.

What does need to be recognised is the fighters WANT this fight a lot. the reason it hasn't happen is simply because of McGuigan and Hearn the pair need to shut up talking about it because they clearly don't want it or it would've happened simple.

Reality is Frampton's world title is worth no more than Quiggs, Rigo is so far ahead of everyone in that division.

wouldn't say he's so far ahead any more. Frampton has the power to hurt him. but thats exactly my point. until they all fight each other no one is the 'real' champion

You can say that about most current champions. Theres that many belts out there you dont have to be the man to be a champ.

Look at Lamont Peterson for example. Who has Keith Thurman fought. Who has GGG beat in his career yet everyone is caught up in his hype.

Quigg v Frampton for me is 50/50 neither have been properly tested i think it would be a war. People write Quigg off i think its because he comes off a bit soft and folk think Frampton is some hard nut. They are both hard ****ers, pro boxers and they would knock lumps out of eachother. For me Quigg wins but his level of opposition lately telles me Hearn doesnt want him in with the best.
