Up until the KO, Hatton made Floyd WORK for that win. Floyd has looked better in pretty much every other fight. Even against Goldy Floyd looked better.

Perfectly good argument can be made for that as well. :deal

Maybe the ugliness of the fight made it look worse to me, but I stand my be post, Floyd had NEVER been troubled or looked as bewildered as he did IMHO.

I think his two toughest fights were Augustus and Castillo 1. Judah, Corley, De La Hoya, Carlos Hernandez, and Hatton round out the rest. I say Carlos Hernandez because he had to fight through immense pain.

i disagree. In the Oscar fight, Floyd was smiling 80% of the time, and he was given breathing room and was in his comfort zone... in the Hatton fight, Floyd hardly smiled as he had Hatton in his chest the whole night until he knocked him out. You could tell Floyd was out of his comfort zone.
I agree with Lance on this one, this fight was just ugly and I never seen Floyd under such conditions. Nevertheless, he did well.

i agree it wa tough but not his toughest fight..augutus,castllio 1 and corley were all tougher fights than hatton...hatton made him work but the fight wasnt that competitive
