Was Hatton one of Mayweather's Weakest Opponents?

Cortez is Peurto Rican, but it still stands. Hatton WAS ripped off in that fight. no two ways about it. he wouldn't let Hatton get anywhere near to Floyd.

there wasn't a problem with Cortez in the Castillo fight just before he fought Floyd, but there was a huge change in the way he worked when an American fighter was in there. you know, the ones who give Cortez all his work?

If anyone notice, Hatton was getting elbows to the face the whole night. It is obviously that anyone can tell Cortez was favoring Mayweather in the fight. Hatton was deducted one point for a bs call for hitting behind the head. If anyone re-watch the last 10 second of round 6, you can see Mayweather throwing continuous blow behind Hatton's head while Cortez watches on without warnings.

First of all, I will state, that I have never thought of Hatton as part of the upper echelon of fighters of this era. Saying that, he was a titleholder in multiple divisions and lineal at LWW. Add to that, the fact that his only 2 losses prior to his comeback loss to Sachenko, were to what most consider the 2 best of this era. Mayweather and Pacquiao. After watching this fight again.Hugton was strong but Floyd adjusted and figured him out.
