you know the type from when you were in school, the mouthy ones were never as hard when it come to crunch time.
Haye was definetly hurt, hes not going to chicken out when hes getting payed as much as he is, Haye is the saviour of the heavyweight division
If he was faking it he wouldn't be trying to set up a fight with Vitali. Fake an injury with Wlad to fight Vitali, that makes perfect sense.
Why are these threads persisting? If he chickened out then why offer a new date for the fight? Why call Wlad out in the first place? What does Haye gain from 'bitching out'? Grow up, dudes- the bloke is injured. If a Yank gets injured in American 'let's all wear padding because we're men' Football do you call him a *****? Give it a break, mate.
Not a big haye fan, but I take it that he was hurt. Why fake it??? His biggest payday on the horizon...a shot at making his name one for the ages...with all the talk he did, backing out seems to be only an option if legit??? Even had he lost a fight he would be set, I can't come up with a good answer..chicken just sounds like the stupid smack that goes on here sometimes!
that doesn't work. everyone knows vitali's busy trying to get away from maskaev to fight arreola :deal
This thread really makes me wonder how stupid some ie many folks are on this board. Of course he was hurt...this is the fight he's been after...it was weeks away....his biggest payday...his moment to prove himself. Why fake it and risk missing his shot...that he'd fought...err i mean mouthed off so long for to get? Some people are just plain dumb on here or are young immature children who shouldn't be allowed on here.
Chicken? biggest fight of his life? Even if he lost he still wouldv won he never would have had to lace up again. and if he won it woulda been mansions and lambos. He couldnt loose
You forgot the Sentanta option - I think the realization that his tv money was going to disappear had a great deal to do with it. No, he didn't chicken out, but I'm still not 100% convinced the injury is legit. I think it was at least partially a business decision - and one I'm pretty sure he was not happy making.
