    No one outboxed Tommy Hearns.
You had to brawl him to beat him.

And he hit as hard as a heavyweight.

Pipino Cuevas had his impregnable chin shattered by Hearns....and never asked for a re-match.

    HUH?

On what planet are you living?

Hearns was UP on the cards in the first Leonard fight before the stoppage and should have got the nod in the rematch...

Why Hearns weighed in so light has always been a mystery...and he ran out of gas in the fight probably because of it.

No, he knocked out Cruiserweights, his power transcends weight classes, so do his boxing skills. The day he out boxed long reigning, undefeated LHW champ solidified his ATG ranking.

He should of got the decision in the Leonard rematch and was unfortunate in the 1st fight and Hagler bout.

As an amature Hearns scored very few kos. When he turned pro Emmanual Steward taught him how to get maximum leverage into his punches which resulted in the Hearns right hand becoming one of the most devastating weapons in the history of the sport.
