was Henry armstrong smaller then Pacqauio?

    Been watching some films of henry and the dude must of been 5 foot 3 at the most and he was fighting big 160 contenders

    they dont make fighters like these anymore the best we have is floyd and manny and for me they don't even crack top 50

    He was 5'6" so about the same or shorter. Bradley is shorter than Pacquiao so maybe Armstrongs height would be comparable to Desert Storms.
