forget that bull****. he was a world champ when he was 20 years old had 15 consecutive title defences broke ppv records at the time was a bonafide superstar, beat some very good fighters like carr, vargas, mayorga, reid, joppy, blocker, whitaker, camacho and all round had a fabulous career

he's an atg in my book

You are clueless, he is one of the greatest welterweights in the history of boxing.

this is why I love Tito fans.. they are so blindly loyal to him..

you provide no argument what so ever to back your claim.

DLH boxed the **** out of him, Tito got a gift because DLH ran for the last 3 rounds.

    Bernard Hopkins ****ed him up.

    Winky Wright ****ed him up.

I don't even count his fight with RJJ..

He is a three weight world Champion for ****s sake.... DEVESTATING POWER....he beat a ton of very good fighters, never ducked anyone. He lost his passion for the sport by the time he fought Winky. Winky was also just a terrible style match up... and at a much heavier weight. There are maybe... Maybe... 10 welterweights in history who could be a prime trinidad.

he should feel lucky he never got that fight with Jones around that time...i shudder to think what Jones would have done to him.

Anyway, I'd consider Tito an ATG...One of PR's finest for sure.

He is one of the best welterweights ever, Hopkins and Winky beat him at 160, not 147.

DLH was scared shitless of him and ran from him and for the last 4 rounds did basically nothing and lost b/c of it. You do not win championships fighting like that. Andre Dirrell learned that.

He was never beaten at welterweight and most of the guys he ko'd early. DLH, Whitker,Blocker, Carr, Camacho none of them could touch him in his prime.

He was really good but I think he was a quitter. After he lost to B-Hop he quit! If he would of gone down again maybe to 154 or 147 he would of been unstoppable. Well maybe a megamillion dollar rematch with ODLH and some good fights with Vernon Forest/Shane Mosley and Winky Wright (Tito without the layoff) :yikes He called it quits to soon.
