Why don't commissions and refs enforce rules to make sure boxers don't wear their trunks and protectors so high? The reason it was actually low (according to the ref's pre fight instructions) is because Zab's trunks were high.

Watch fights like Lewis-Holy 1, Dawson-Adamek, Hopkins-Holmes, DLH-Vargas, Holyfield-Tyson 1, etc....Jeez. Enforce the damn rules, your cup and trunks should not be that high.

Was it a low blow? Yes.

Was it a blow that should have put Zab down for a 10 count? No.

Did Zab see where that fight was going and want out? Yes.

Low yes but it wasn't the type of shot that a ref should have taken a point away with. It was simply Judah looking for a call from the ref or a way out of the fight.

    This:good

A fighter needs to either take these punches or find a different way to earn his living.

    2 questions come to mind

    1) i thought guys from Brooklyn were tougher than that, even if it were low which it wasnt..you would have thought Tyson his him there...

    2) why did god let this happen...? he thanked god and has given god props for the last few fights and this is how he is paid back?

it is beltline/slightly below beltline shot. Judah should have gotten up regardless if it was technically low or not.

its just funny that a world champion such as judah, a guy 80% of the people on here picked to demolish khan...could go out like that....and a questionable belt line shot excuse, is enought o give the guy a pass..... no different when holyfield took an easy way out vs sherman williams...yes holyfield was cut..but no way it was enough for a guy who never has thought about quitting..to quit...i know holyfield was almost 50 and has the biggest heart and been in the best wars...but he quit that night, because he was getting paid ****, and this was gonna turn into a long night...

Khan whipped his ass and put him down for a 10 count
Floyd took around 9 rounds from him and beat him.
    Tszyu knocked him out.
Baldomir and Spinks both beat him.

??? I don't really think he has many questionable losses outside of Cotto using his nutsack as a speedbag and not losing any points for it. Cotto still TKO'd him though.

These are all definitive conclusions indicative of better-mansmanship.
