No. Mosley hasn't won at 147 in over year and has not fought at 147 in nearly two years.

The Ring shouldn't. There is plenty of unfinished business at 147. Margo must fight Williams in order to get clarity at 147.:deal Not to mention Shane hasn't done **** at 147 in years.

Williams doesn't fight at 147 thanks to Arum. Arum froze Williams out of the divison because he knows Williams whips all three of his fighters Margo, Cotto and Clottey. It serves his ass right now the Ring won't honor his champ. the Ring saw right thru his bull**** Blame Arum Williams wanted all three.

The winner of tomorrows fight should be the ring champ IMO....1 vs 3 should be sufficient to meet there guidelines...

How can you say that when PW would immediately sign a contract to fight at 147 if it was against AM

Williams is done with it because hes being forced out of the division.

Although if Margarito and team except the Williams offer he'd easily be back at 147.

Not officially though..If he beats Mosley than he should have the ring belt..IMO Williams is still "the man."

Williams isn't done and has said as much. He'd jump down in a heartbeat for a shot at Margo or Cotto.

Yes, he would. Is that going to happen though? More than likely not.

Williams isn't even ranked at Welterweight. If he was serious about fighting as a Welterweight he would still be a Welterweight. The division doesn't get put on hold just because Paul wants to go around chasing money/showcase fights at any given weight.

Why not shovel some of that blame Arum's way? He's the sole reason Williams left the divison. What do you want a P4P talent like Williams to do? Waste away his talent becoming a mando for guys he'd smoke anyway or they would vacate rather than face him? The fact is Margo should have accepted his offer and we might be having Williams-Margo 2 for the Ring Belt tomorrow and brought some clarity to the divison instead we get Margo-Mosley for nothing.

Dude aint making millions in his fights! The only reason he moved up is to show the ppl that he is serious about fighting at any weight

Why not shovel some of that blame Goosen's way? Wasn't it his antics that pissed off Arum so that he won't talk to him about Williams?
