Now that the fight seems to be off, do you think that all of the turmoil was in a way "scripted" by both camps to build up the fight and that the fight will take place later on, or the Pacquiao and Mayweather requests and denials were genuine and the fight will probably never happen?

I doubt if the fight will ever get made @ a later date. What's to prevent both sides from starting this drug test fiasco again in the near future?

Well, if you made this poll even just one day ago I would pick the first option in a heartbeat. Now, ****, It might not actually happen.

    I voted yes.

Because I refuse to believe that two grown men are so ****ing stupid they would throw away $40 million each.

And hoping they give two shits about boxing fans (although that's highly debatable)

No. Absolutely not. Bob Arum is well and truly a disagreeable arrogant ****, as is Mayweather (all of them). And there is no ****ing way in a million years Team Pacquiao would have knowingly participated in a freakshow like this. Manny Pacquiao's reputation has been forever tarnished, to some degree or another. The idea that he would have consciously staged this disaster and destroyed his own reputation is beyond laughable.

Although I don't believe that Pac's reputation is "destroyed", as I see most people blame team Mayweather and to some degree Bob Arum, you do make a good point. I just have a feeling that those two will eventually meet in the ring later on. As Thread Stealer and a few others suggested, it does make sense that both parties wanted more time to prepare for the fight. But yes, the idea that it was all staged sounds far out.

Nah. This fiasco hurt the sport and the fighters reputation. Huge Pac fan here but **** both of them and Arum as well. Now im looking forward to Bertos beatdown the super six and other fights.
