He didn't tweet it, it was the last line of one of the multiple tweets he made regarding the topic, he didn't make a special tweet with an announcement, it was just included in a tweet.

 

And of course, Floyd ***gots and Isal just freak out if ANYONE says anything about Floyd's intentions.
