No, Whyte was hurt and he's too proud to take a dive anyway.

However, the referee was too quick to stop it, he was up at about 5. He should have let Whyte (who wanted to continue) go out on his shield.

As Perkin mentioned, I cannot see Whyte taking a dive easily, he came into the fight in better shape than recent fights and it would be odd to go through all that effort to take a dive against a guy like Moses who has proven to be quite a puncher so far. Moses also stopped McKean in just under 2 minutes similar to Whyte, the same McKean who Hrgvoic was only to get a stoppage against in the literal last round, it would be stupid to downplay Moses punching power from what i've watched, the guy does have clear punching power.

Like said i personally do not believe whyte took a dive here , in fact i do not accuse any fighter of it simply since such a "scripted" fight is very hard to proove .

In a scripted fight the actual knockdown might be real but secretly agreed can be the fact one opponent stays more or less stationary throwing meaningless punches , is generally passive and waits with open defence until he gets knocked down . Its like a flashing sign "punch here" in his face . Since we still talk world class level such a fight might appear more or less "real" to casual fans but in fact its an ease for any pro boxer to look good and knock down his opponent behaving this way .

Mostly the deal is probably to get a prominent cashout fight at all where one side gets rich to loose while the other side is ready to fund this for a fake win . Question is if/ who agrees to such a thing for cash , no idea .

Like said i think its impossible to say if the loosing fighter at that night really gave everything he had or intentionally opened defence , stayed stationary and waited to be knocked down but i believe most fights are real .

Him and me. I had said Itauma would KO Whyte in 1 and Whyte takes a dive.

That's because the fight was scripted. Whyte took a dive. I don't think he even trained for the fight.

Nobody cares about talent anymore in this business. They make paper champions and turn him into cash cows. Itauma is a project. They will feed him carefully selected opponents and milk him many many years ahead, while he's being hyped on boards such as this forum.

Whyte definitely trained, we have seen out of shape Whyte, this was not that. He definitely trained and got himself into better shape when you compare him to the last two fights he had last year, he is just an old shot fighter at this stage.
I think this is so cynical and whiny. I've got a question to the last line, why are you in the general forum if you don't like current boxing? If I watch something that i am not enjoying, I don't leave hate comments on it.

I think Whyte resigned himself to losing before the first bell. Which is unusual for him. He knew he was shot to pieces.

Not all fights are fixed. We have witnessed great battles between Klitchkos, Fury, AJ, Usyk, Ruiz Jr, Golovkin, Canelo, Bivol, Beterbiev etc in last decade.

Jake Paul proved that with phony fights he can make much more money than real boxers and real fights. So, they're producing Itauma, the new Jake Paul, v2.

okay comparing Moses to Jake is literally stupid, Moses is an actual boxer, Jake is an influencer dip**** who made his name of stupid youtube videos before getting involved in Boxing. You are literally throwing around conspiracies because some people overreacted and compared a young heavyweight to 1986 Mike Tyson, i hope you realise how ridiculous you are sounding right now

other than vegans being annoying in telling you what you shouldn’t eat, what’s there to be angry about with them? Want to be a vegan? Great, have at it, just don’t tell me not to eat a burger and we’re cool.
