Given all of the controversy with robberies the last few years, recent threads claiming robbery, and race-baiting, answer the following:

Was Jeff Lacy robbed of a clear victory vs Joe Calzaghe?

    Discuss.

EDIT: Looks like I was so riled up I had a few typos.

Of course, I had it 11/1 or 10/2 lacy which means it was a fight that could've gone either way. And that bs kd was a slip after lacy landed a bomb that hurt Calzaghe. Ref saved Joe from further punishment.

The second closest fight was kovalev v hops, draw would've been fair to all involved.

I want immediate rematches for both

no...lacy got beat fair and square...clearly

however peter manfredo was hosed by a clear premature stoppage....he was eating joes slaps(the few that landed) and just waiting for joe to slap himself out before he pounced...and joes ref knew that....pride of providence got robbed

Yeah draw here too but only cuz i factored the really close rounds in the home fighters favourite. Just look at Lacy and his team as the cards are read out, they could not believe it they were really shocked.

Agreed. Looks like Lacy clearly hurt Joe's hands with his face. That likely led to Joe's retirement. Honestly, Lacy retired Calzaghe lets be real here.

It was a draw a bit like Tyson birbeck or Duran Moore .that type of draw.

jeff was clearly outpointed by cowwardzaghe, the jeff who got easily stopped by an awful 40something roy jones, stopped by other nobodies and beaten by lots of middlers.
