True but I have been honing my Shadow impersonations where you have to talk absolute guff about something similar...how am I doin???
This is the end for Wilder. He's extremely insecure, and always had to pump himself up shouting bull**** in people's faces. But then he always avoided dangerous fights. He barely had enough confidence exterminating cans, now that he's been exposed, his spirit has been crushed. Wilder was a bully, psichologically. People with that bully mentality never recover well from losses. And even if he does, what else is there for him? His whole gimmick was the perfect 0. and the belt. He has nothing left. He doesn't want to fight Joshua. Or Ruiz. OR Whyte. He'll just keep fighting cans for some years and retire
If he was to walk away, everything intact, having made a lot of money from a limited skillset, to enjoy his life with his family, I couldn't begrudge him. I actually think he would make a good TV analyser as I like his character except for the odd silly outburst and hell learn from that.
To this day I don't know why they kept Lacy in there, Joe was stealing his soul round by round. I'm just curious as to whether Tyson stole Wilders or they got him out in time. I think the first case scenario and you can also say the aura and myth of Tyson was never quite the same after Douglas.
Exactly. Not just a "Lacying," worse. One of the most complete and utter "exposures" I have seen in 40 years of following the fight game.
You're an absolute clown. You know that right? As long as you know you're a clown then I'm OK with you posting nonsense then hilariously blaming it on you trying to impersonate me.
Reminded me a lot of kelly pavlik vs Edison miranda Backed up the big puncher and just methodically beat them down
Lacy got humiliatingly outpointed and beaten down for twelve rounds in a fight that the vast majority of pundits were predicting he would easily win by KO. Wilder had already been schooled by Fury once before so there wasn't quite that overwhelming belief in his ability to win going into the second fight, and while the loss was mentally destructive, he was pulled out at the right time, whereas Lacy was both physically and mentally damaged for life. There's a possibility Wilder could still come back from this, whereas Lacy was never the same again.
