    Audley became gun-shy as a pro which I don't think Degale will. There are many obstacles you can overcome in boxing with enough talent, dedication and belief, but being scared to get hit isn't one of them. Degale will be fine if he gets the right people around him and is willing to listen and learn. At this point I think he'll be looking at going to the US and maybe making a fresh start, as Khan did, and he at least has one advantage over Amir in that he doesn't have a ridiculous family of hangers-on.

    Sweet baby jesus. DeGale is now 'very flawed'? It was only 24 ****ing hours ago he was going to do a job on Kessler and Froch in the same night for ****s sake. He lost by a point. Get some perspective, people.

    It wasn't DeGale's personal flaws that lost him that fight it was his trainer's lack of a game plan. "I didn't know what he was going to do", said DeGale. That's the flaw.
