Was leaving TMT the worst choice of Gamboa's career?

Leaving Top Rank the way he did was the worst choice of his career. And playing devil's advocate FOR Top Rank isn't something I'm much of a fan of.

 

Leaving Top Rank and pull out of the Rios fight was the worst decision of Gamboa's career.

TMT can offer him nothing. What has TMT done in the last few years? NOTHING. They have a bunch of inactive, PED users who fight nobodies. Oh wait, TMT would have been perfect for Gamboa.

Career-wise, he should have fought Rios when he had the chance. He could have became a star after that fight, but he was too stupid.
