    No, that is almost impossible, as the moment an 'undisputed' champion fights someone, the challenger is disputing the claim, thus the champion is not 'undisputed'.

    Lewis was the last owner of the biggest title in sports:

    'The Generally Recognized' Heavyweight Champion of the World.
