They do things backwards in the UK, like drive on wrong side of the road, put fighters on the wrong side of the scorecard... poor guy just got confused and thought he was scoring for Frampton.
The only way I could see it , and I say only was is that I did think Quigg landed the cleaner punches.
When Sky Sports are continually only playing the one punch landed by Quigg from every conceivable angle every round over the jumbotron, it's not hard to see how the judge is influenced.
