People refuse to give credit to Pacquiao because Oscar was drained, but they also fail to consider that Pacquiao had to go up two weight classes. Was Pacquiao supposed to jump THREE weight classes and fight Oscar at 154?
Manny beat a way better version of Oscar than the inactive rusty as hell rehab version Floyd fought who had only fought once in almost three years and not at all in a whole one. Oscar pushed Floyd right down to the wire too. Even many Floyd fans had Oscar winning that one. Fact is if you go 12 rounds with Professor Money May you actually improve as a fighter (ie. Clenelo) but if you go 12 against Manny you leave a piece of your soul in that ring and you're never the same again. Case in point Floyd himself who was literally getting schooled for four rounds post Manny by a MMA fighter who was making their pro boxing debut Algieri was never the same after Manny bounced him up and down off the canvas about 300 times. He ended up getting KTFO by a featherfist in Spence Horn was damaged goods too and he got stopped by Crawfy Same goes for JMM who was whooped by Manny's 3 x surrogate son Timachenko Speaking of whom. Manny beat Timachenko into retirement Manny ruined Mosely too who ended up losing to Clenelo of all people in his very next fight Manny ruined Margarito and Rios too
Nothing emo about my post. Only thing emo on this forum is Clenelo fans defending him like the beta cucks the they are.
Totally emo.. hahah No one is defending Canelo. Calling cry babies out about calling either fight a robbery is not defending, it's called making you losers cry.
No but its clear oscar was a walking corpse in that fight. Weak, drained, no power, flat. Oscar looked like ****.
That was Oscars fault he should have backed up his bragging about wanting the winner of Margarito/Cotto 1 to " Go out in a blaze of glory" ROFL. But he saw what Tony did to Cotto & headed for the hills & picked on little Pac instead . BIG MISTAKE!!! He got totally embarrassed when he had his ass handed to him Karma is a *****
He fought the weakest titleholder at LW in David Diaz- who was ranked by some outlets as the 9th or 10th best LW when they fought (shows you how weak some of those trinket titles are,) and took on a fighter who hadn't fought at WW in almost a decade who was clearly on his last leg in the corpse of DLH. Fair play to Manny since DLH was the one that was ok with fighting him at WW but he was a dead man walking the moment he walked into the ring that night. Now if he fought a prime version of Oscar and did that kind of job to him, wow what a feat that would've been. I'd favor a prime DLH to beat Pacquiao at WW and Oscar was clearly over the hill when they actually met up. Someone earlier mentioned Manny beat a better version of Oscar than Floyd did. What kind of ridiculous take is that? Floyd fought Oscar at his natural weight of 154 lbs. And he also mentioned most people thought Oscar won that fight. It's very clear what his agenda is on this topic.
Oscar had a fight at 150 before fighting Pac. Pac moved up 2 divisions and made Oscar look like a crackhead.
