did you actually think then write that? , if they didnt like them it meant their was something wrong and therefore illegal!
Not quite true. While not as egregious as Margo's situation, the wrapping was illegal by New York rules, where the fight took place. My point there was that he never had another big win after the hand-wrapping controversy. There was never a hope with any version of Roy. I had BHop as a clear favourite so I won't count that one either. But he was expected to beat Winky and he was shut out. So there's little case to be made that he was a great MW. He was a great WW and SWW. How much, if any, was due to hand wrapping ?
Yes. For the people saying no, are you trying to say they wrapped his hands normally in all his previous fights and in the Mosley fight they just happened to try this "new" method. No way, they were doing that s**t before, but they got found out prior to the Mosley fight. Do I think he's doing it now? No.
There is absolutely not one iota of evidence that he cheated in the Cotto fight so the answer is NO.:deal
You should have a third option: [ ] How The Hell Should I Know If Cotto's Team Could Not Catch It And Allowed The Commission To Sign Margarito's Gloves It's very suspicious, because he was caught once.
Nevada supplies the gauze. Okay, but so what? You don't think these commissioners get paid off? And yes, IMO he used the bricks on Cotto.
No......The style's made the outcome obvious to those who know about boxing & the 2nd round laid the blueprint as to what was in store for Cotto in the 2nd half of the fight & in Cotto's defence it looked as if he may have had his nose busted in that 2nd round which ****ed up his breathing but Margo eventually just ran him down as per plan, it happens:smoke
Doesn't require brains to figure out unless you're one of the many cabdrivers and Taco Bell janitors posting here. If he loaded his gloves for Mosley, a fight he's expected to easily win as a huge favorite going in against yet another smaller and older opponent you don't think he will against Cotto in a fight officially advertised as his very LAST chance? This idol of cabdrivers has made a career calling out, cheating and losing to guys half his size yet somehow he's a throw back gladiator.
