Was Marquez A Bigger Puncher Than Pacquiao In The Higher Divisions???

Mayweather spoke highly of Pacquiao power never heard him say anything about Marquez's power. Also Pac hurt Margarito who was much bigger and has an excellent chin.

 

Marquez has great timing and is an amazing counterpunch.. hes never been known to be a devastating puncher but anyone who gets hit with a perfectly timed counter can go to sleep. So decent power plus the skills but no I dont think he was.

Less power. Fighters weren't as scared of him, which allowed him to connect with big shots as opposed to Pac's opponents by that time who just shelled up. But not more powerful.
