Was Mike Tyson on steroids?

I dont think Mike would have any qualms about using roids. He admits to taking bumps of coke before his fights in his book.

 

I don't think so. It's been awhile since I read his book, in which he talks about using cocaine and marijuana, and smoking cigarettes during his boxing career, but he never mentions steroid use. I was more surprised with him being a cigarette smoker during his career then hin using marijuana and cocaine. I'm sure if he used steroids he would have mentioned it.
Also back in the 80's when Kevin Rooney was his trainer, Rooney was on the Morton Downey jr show, I recall Larry Holmes was a guest as well. Downey asked Rooney if Tyson took any steroids or PEDs, and Rooney replied that Tyson is a naturally trained fighter.
