Was Moorer overrated by some fans at light heavy while he was WBO champ at 175?

He never really established himself at 175.
won the WBO title, but he never fought Prince Charles or Virgil Hill.

I cannot account for what some fans leave believe. I did not overrate him because I don’t believe the WBO title means anything.

I went back and rewatched his defenses last year and I think he is and was underrated. Just sent guys into the Twilight Zone with ferocious and pinpoint aggression. Scary. I think he would've starched Williams early and battered Hill into a late stoppage.
