Jackson was better than anybody Benn beat other than G-man himself.

His chin looked better v G-man than it did v Galvano despite Benn being out cold in the 1st round v G-man and being saved by an inept ref.

When his speed went them fundamentals didnt help him too much. Interesting discussion tho tbh.

The way i see it is if you had a fighter that tried to fight like jones without his speed and athletism....they,d have failed. He broke most of the rules of fundamental boxing...who throws 3 hooks back to back etc. but he was so good he got away with it. Can see the argument both ways tbf...but these guys would have been worse fighters if they stuck just to the fundamentals was really my point.

    He wasn't out cold.
Out cold is if you look like Charr vs Briedis or Whyte vs Povetkin I.

Gerald landed on him but Benn wasn't hit enough properly, he had been forced out of the ring and what he did? He isn't a wrestler or judoka etc with good break fall. So he recovered from unusual position and started to climb back into the ring.
For U.S boxing fans it is hard to understand.
It is like to argue that Whyte had debilitated Povetkin in their first fight. Yeah, he was down but not debilitated at all.

If you had been switched off you knew a bit difference most likely.
You might fall too, if will be disbalanced or another stuff. For example, lost balance during takedown or kick.
    Nothing so impressive.
There: if someone is down then he is " cold ".
    U cold, U don't move normally more than 20 not alone 10 seconds. That's U cold.

U really might sell me idea that after concussion Benn or Pov could had boxed disciplined and precise?
    For me no.

You really might accuse ref cos timing etc but not insist on " Benn had been concussed ".
Concussed ppl does not box x rounds after this.

+ Gerald was overrated and hyped up as hell and had been spoon feed even with boxers with 0-4 and 0-11 pro record, beat up guy with not badly looking record but 4 lost fights via stoppage in row before fight with Gerald and wow, world beater had been born.

Look at Gerald's boxrec, 1-2 good fights, other stuff is :p

Gerald was not even barely close do dudes like Foreman, Frazier, Holmes and 1984-1988 Tyson, even not close to Liston and Patterson and he had been sold like something close to this level with a glance.
Look in real depth in his boxrec and you will see what I do mean.
This isn't someone even close to Ruiz Jr btw, not alone xx other boxers. Can crushing machine spoon feed by corpses, bums and like this.
This is not even 1% from Holyfield's skills or even 1% from Norton. Not to talk about xxx boxers from U.S.

Puncher and oversold kid by don.

Benn was out cold on the ropes lifeless and the ref seperated them for no reason, Benn admitted he was out cold.

G-man`s win over Jackson was better than any win on Benn`s resume aside from Nigel`s win over G-man himself.

I see that you even do not know what concussion per se does mean.
I also suspect that you do not know how looks proper solar plexus or liver punch effect. Sadly.
I really become sure about this one about concussions. Did you had good first aid courses ever in your life? I do not seek to bite you further but looks that you didn't had.

Say what you want about Benn, but how many other fighters would have gone out and put on in Iran Barkley the way he did.

Yes he hit him whilst he was down, but that performance is one of best ever by a British fighter abroad. Barkley was coming of close decision losses to Duran and Nunn had knocked out Hearns prior to that and he went on a similar title run a couple of fights after losing to Benn.

If about my opinions regards to Mr. Nigel Benn.

He had been accused as " killer " etc alike.

He did not had executed " final " uppercut till possible end and he most likely knew why.
After such insults before fight I most likely did not had such " evil ":D soul as ppl are talking about Nigel.
If he had executed this till possible end movement then coffin, especially if he followed this with blow with another hand.

Holy God, please bless Mr. Nigel Benn.
Cos this he is one from most loved boxers for me.

    He might have beaten Jackson.
