Was Pacquaio-Bradley really a robbery?

Well I think we will have to agree to disagree here, in my opinion there definitely are boxing connoisseurs like me or IB that are capable of appreciating boxing on many levels above the general publics horizon and therefore are able to give much more educated opinions on how a fight should be scored.

The fight is an interesting phenomenon because people who dksab tend to go with a Pac-domination here almost 100% while the scorecards get closer the more boxing knowledge and wisdom one possesses and only the true boxing experts like myself seem to be capable of scoring this bout the only way it is right, 115-114 Bradley.

It's like an IQ-test for boxing really, and most of you miserably failed :deal

It's kind of snobbish saying that Bradley won that fight, though.

People will say that you don't understand boxing, but they get the seed of doubt planted in them, as it may be that you are a better connaisseur of boxing, and see little things and nuances in fights that escape common people! Like the judges who gave Bradley the fight!

In this regard, you can use boxing scoring to effectively be snob.

Alright poor windup. Maybe you should convince someone to pay you for your boxing opinion, then perhaps you can have your score included below and narrow the difference by half, to almost 2%

The fight is an interesting phenomenon because it proves you can reach any result with retroactive over-analysis.

I have only one question for you:
Do you think that you know more about boxing and how to score a fight than Thomas Hauser?

Edit: meant to quote lester proctor but the same goes for you I guess.

You're actually right, there's both "arthouse" and mainstream critics/scorers, except in this case all the name ones had it for Pac wide.

I think Graham Houston can score a fight better than Hauser. Probably Nigel Collins can, and any number of the guys that scored it for Pac wide. Hauser can probably score a fight fine, just this time he was way off base. Happens like that with many good scorers, I think some had Rios beating Abril, Oscar/Cotto beating Floyd etc, a vast minority having a bad scoring night or angle or whatever.

Actually any score wider than 115-113 for either fighter is utterly ridiculous really...

I think we get your point, you like the bright lights, the big names, the show and you arent too critical about what television and commentators try to make you believe.

Its not for everyone to appreciate the finer nuances of the sport like bodywork, defense or ring generalship.

For most of you guys its "Whoa Pac iz so fast man I can't even see zee punches". Too bad, because if you could see them, you would realize that they are all missing.

And missing wild combinations running after a handicapped opponent for 30 seconds of every round tops while being unable to cut off the ring doesn't win you any rounds in my book.

Actually it is quite the scandal that CJ Ross got fired over her almost perfect scorecard for this fight because the boxing proletariat called for it.

Oh well, as long as the official result corresponds with my book I'm good doofus.
In your collection of scorecards the only three that matter are somehow missing :rofl :blurp

Oh yeah? So for you Rios beat Abril, PWill beat Lara, Sergio could do no better than draw with Kermit, cause of the only 3 that matter. Gotcha troll, see ya later

I'm sure you also thought her 114-114 card in Mayweather-Alvarez was almost perfect.

    Guys guys... hold your horses.

All I'm saying is that its quite ironic CJ Ross got fired for arguably her best and most accurate scorecard ever.

Oh and by the way, Andre Ward dksab, thats why that idiot ducked Bute when everybody knew Bute was nothing but a glass-hearted hypejob.
So his opinion doesn't mean **** either.
