I don't know if everybody though Cotto was shot, Pacquiao offered to fight him at the exact same time but he wanted him to move down. Mayweather fought Cotto at the weight he was most comfortable.

I don't think any of that, I think Floyd should fight him at 154.

I will never understand how people turn a blind eye to Pacquiao's refusal of random drug testing and the plethora of excuses that were made as to why an agreement couldn't be reached.

Bob Arum went as far as needing time to build a temporary stadium for Christ's sake.

    Give me a break.

As in Mayweather's team suggested that? I never heard about it but I would be against it.

The same way people turn a blind eye to Floyd admitting on multiple occasions that he was scared for his health when it came to Pacquiao and that he had been caught lying on more then one occasion about what was going on with trying to make a fight with Pacquiao happen. People ignore that and assume Floyd was going to be easy to negotiate with and that he really wanted to fight Pac.

Completely unnecessary. Floyd can beat Canelo at the full weight limit of 154.

I am glad your saying this, because the usual's here are suggesting a Pac type catch weight and or re hydration clause
