He said they burn themselves out fighting for pee nuts and that he be ahead staying out of it. :nono
    And look at it.......
    # 1 Jermain Taylor all but washed up:!:
    # 2 Mikkel Kessler exposed as stiff up right fighter:yep
    # 3 Carl Froch exposed as some easy to out box:-(
    # 4 Andre Dirrel is exposed as Jimmy Young and John Ruiz rolled into one:patsch
Only Ward and Abraham are looking good at this point:deal
Now Pavlik could fight Williams and Bute and ready for winner super 6 and be way ahead of game in terms of wear and tear and money:thumbsup

If Pavlik fights Bute he won't be well ahead of anything.

I hope Pavlik was talking **** when he said those things. But the signs aren't great. If he was serious, then the same attitude won't let him anywhere near Bute. He might fight Williams, which is good risk/reward fight for him. Then it'll be back to the Lockett/Rubio/Espino bum of the week treadmill.

We'll find out in the next twelve months which is the real Pavlik.

He may be right, that they aren't making the money they should. At least they haven't sold out their fans, unlike Pavlik, anyway. They are fighting the best and rewarded their fans. Pavlik, the blue collar hero, can talk about making money fighting bums whilst ducking the elite fighters around him.

6 guys maybe took less money but give their fans 3 great, must see fights.

Pavlik chooses to fight PPV against a guy who isn't a proven top 15 middleweight.

Shame on Pavlik. Check my posts from a year or so ago when I was a big fan, if you think I'm a biased hater.

Bute is being over rated he can box and he can punch but he is not a very tough man he fell apart in first Andrade fight:yep

Pavlik did not get into super 6 mostly becuase inspite of being 6'3 he is a true middle weight having no problems making weight:tong

OH BOY...You guys are at it again. Pavlik isnt going to be ahead of anything. He is fighting bums lost to Hopkins and twice avoided fighting a ****ing welterweight. That is Pavliks last year and a half in a nutshell.:patsch

I like Pavlik but he really needs to start fighting and beating top opponents. On a regular basis. Instead of talking.

He needs to beat at least 4 world class fighters in 2010 from him to restablish himself.

Aren't they all going to make serious money from all of the fights in even the early rounds? And the guys who you say are now 'washed up' or 'exposed' are still going straight into another top-level high-earning PPV fight to turn that around.

Pavlik shouldn't throw stones until he has a good defense of his MW title.

Pavlik is going have a great year and a half there's Williams and Sturm and lot of up and coming good middles for him to fight like Golovkin, Pirog, Macklin and N'Dam' Jikam before moving up to fight at 168:tong

Well at least the Super Six are trying to prove themselves whos the best and giving the fans great matchups. What can you say for Pavlik? He's a sellout and I don't know how he has any fans.
