    Yeah ….Pernell Whitaker was a hard puncher….and Lennox Lewis had a good chin

    Spot on. The level of opposition plays BIG role in KO percentage.

    Look at Floyd's resume. First 15 opponents of Floyd's pro career were tomato cans. He went 15-0 with 13 KOs against them. After that he scored just 14 stoppage wins in 35 total wins (and let's be honest, some of these KOs were cheap shot against glass-jawed Ortiz, and another - against non-competent pro debutant Conor McGregor). So that leaves Floyd with just 12 KOs or TKOs in 30+ fights against decent or high-level opponents. And when he moved to 147, Floyd scored just 3 KOs in 15 fights (and only real KO over high-ranked opponent was against Hatton (debutant Conor and cheap-shotted Ortis don't count as quality KOs).
