This and the Calzaghe thread in one day? Hatton is a genuine nice guy, nobody who's ever met him has a bad word to say about the guy. I'll take that over a few obsessives on the internet who've made it their life's mission to analyse and twist every single word he comes out with!

Neither really. They both come across as alright types of guy. I'm sorry that their business relationship has soured, but at the end of the day they just had diferent views, not necessarily anybody's fault.

 

Ricky Hatton embraced the Man City fans with the blue trunks,Blue Moon entrance etc.But this was clever and calculated.I'd like to thank Betty for opening my eyes to this.It was a ploy to win them over.He knew that these people craved success of some sort because Man City has been in the doldrums:-(

If I had a quid for every dodgy internet rumour I'd heard about a boxer I'd be a rich man! This has been debated to hell and back. If he is owed money then I'd wager Ricky Hatton didn't even know about it. If it's contested then they'll probably have their day in court over it. Either way, they are two grown men and it's never as black and white as "I heard a rumour so it's got to be true".
