read his book..its full of "im just down to earth" and "im one of the lads" if you read it, circle all the references to his standing as a "normal bloke" and the pages would look like this OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo

He often spoke a load of junk, but lets face it most boxes do and people are simply jealous.

I'd count myself as a bit of a fan, but I certainly would never ever read a book of his, even if it was given to me for free.

You must secretly like him a lot.

Is anybody daft enough to buy or bother taking seriously a ghost written "autobiography" of a bloke in his mid 20s??

Thats getting quite old to release your autobiography by todays standards.

How old was Amir Khan when his autobigoraphy was released? - was he about 18 or 19 or barely 20 years old :patsch

I think you can be a nice guy but be turned a bit by money and with all his success it's not that surprising he has a bit of an ego. I know a couple who have met him a couple of times in Tenerife over the years and they say he's great company.

There are a lot worse people out there than Ricky Hatton I think some people need to get a grip.

Easy tiger - Lewis and Calzaghe acheived far more than Hatton did and even Nas had good success in 99-2000 with victories over the likes of Soto and Sanchez.

How many people went to go see Lewis and Calzaghe fight in America compared to Hatton. All respect to Calzaghe and Lewis yes they did acheive alot more. But Hatton has introduced so many new fans to the sport. Heck he even got me intrested in the sport!

In person, having met him countless times... he is a gent. Proper nice lad when he was younger and he's grown up to be a good fella. I don't like everyone I meet in boxing and there are some right two faced pricks in the sport but Ricky is a good guy, believe me.

total fraud, the man is a total clown. Of course, it takes a few braincells to see through the bollocks.....so most Hatton zealots lap it all up without hesitation. The more mentally developed amongst up can see him for what he is....a total muppet like his dad and his brother. Birds of a feather.......
