Was round 9 between Leonard and Hagler the most competitive round in history?

Exactly what I as thinking. Two elite p4p fighters going balls out and putting it all on the line. If you start a fight in that manner you KNOW it's kill or be killed. They genuinely didn't like each other and both had a vicious streak. Leonard-Hagler was more like a business transaction than a great, competitive war. Neither really took any great risks. Kind of like an old school Mayweather-Pacquaio.
