    No, slightly past it I would say. But, it should also be said that Tarver was slightly past it too.

    I think moving up and down weights ended his prime, RJJ was still excellent then though, make no mistake, Tarver didn't beat a shell but RJJ was just on the slide in my opinion.

    Roy Jones was never the same fighter again after moving upto Heavyweight and defeating John Ruiz for the WBA belt .
