That punch looked like it landed behind the ear. I don't like it! And I don't think it was fair! Jones should of been given 5 minutes to recover. Consider that, plus the illegal hand wrap and this should go down in the record book as a No Contest.

Green had 5 aces! The deck was stacked against Jones!

This is exactly why Jones never wanted to fight outside of the United States. This same thing could of happened if he fought Michalczky in Germany, exactly.

It was a rabbit punch because Roy turned his head from the punch like he always does. His own fault.

Borderline rabbit but lets be honest it was grazing and never a really hard punch. I think RJJ does not take a punch to well in the temple area and it reminded me of the Glen Johnson KO.

  5. green threw it and jones walked straight into it no one's fault but his own

This, Green just did what he had to do.

The punch that landed was on the side of, nearer the back of Jones head, but it wasnt AROUND the back of the head, from what I could make out. I didnt see anything ghastly wrong with the punch and wouldnt class it as a rabbit punch.
I didnt think there looked wrong with the shot, though it didnt appear to land very hard.
Anything can happen in boxing, and I expect you get contraversial things happen in all countries.
In truth I think if the fight had gone exactly the same in a different country, the result would have been scored the same.
I have not heard anything conclussive regarding Greens hand wraps, only what Jones has said. Has anything definate about the wraps been found? If the wraps were illegal then yes the result should be changed, but until proven ill not have an opinion.

Like already said the punch was only grazed him and was not very hard which suggests RJJ would have been put to sleep by any clean shot green landed on him.

Let's be honest it only lasted 122 secs...fair to say the fight is already looked upon as being a no contest:yep
