I thought Soliman just pulled out the victory in the 1st fight. It was a close, close fight, but by no means a robbery. Im pretty certain i gave Soliman somthin like 7 or 8 rounds.
I wouldn't say better, just that Soliman was on par with Bika in terms of ability. I downloaded the fight ages ago and have since lost it, but I thought Sammy won a close fight through work rate. Soliman almost beat Mundine the first time this way also. Sam is a very very awkward fighter to land on, and his unbelievable rate of punches makes him a hard fighter to look good against. This is why i was soooo impressed by Mundines performace against him. Very underated fight from Mundine by the general boxing forum fans. Sammy at 154 would have been very hard to beat. His career was all over the place though, fighting at cruiser and lightheavy which is ridiculous. He was a world maui thai champion before he became a boxer, if that gives you an idea of the mental toughness he posseses.
Thanks, mate!:good In conclusion: close fight; no robbery; Soliman the slightly better man on the night.
Jamie Pittman is a very talented fighter. I have posted their sparring on from ytoutube on here before. Definitely check him out Decebal if you get the chance, a future champ IMO.
Danny Green? Now, there's an idea for Bika's next opponent...go light heavy and KO Danny Green. Maybe first, he should line up a fight and whup Green conqueror Tony Mundine first, but Bika vs. Green sounds good to me!
