Was Salvador Sanchez murdered?

There are tons of baseless theories out there that people believe as long as a YouTube video is made about it

Salvador Sanchez once said that he was contemplating going to Medical School to become a Doctor after his boxing career was over, he was 23 years old at the time of his untimely death in August 1982.

I think it was already being talked about. He was thinking of retirement soon, whether that would have happened is of course unknown.

Theres also a theory he faked his death to escape the limelight.

If Dean's Death was faked, I wonder what he would have looked like today? Dean's supposed death took place on Sept 30 1955.
