You people love to make up facts! DLH was down at 147 for two weeks before the fight. He dieted down because of the 3 million weight clause.

I do believe so. Didn't look right, didn't fight like he usually does, it's pretty damn suspicious.

Agreed on all points, with the difference that Clottey isn't overrated, Pac is just that good. Also, Pac is smaller than Floyd, so his wins at the weight are just a bit more impressive.

I do think Pac is on certain roids, but then again, I think all boxers except Floyd are, it's just standard these days. It's why fighters are able to fight into their late 30's, early 40's now.

I'll try to stick to the topic ... I've re watched the fight several times and I do find it strange Mosley got tired after round 2. he just stopped throwing punches even when Mayweather was standing in front of him and was a hittable target. the Shane I know would knock his ass out if he just stood there in front of him. Another thing is ... counter punchers just make you frustrated and even more energized because you are so anxious to find the target, they just can't make you tired mentally nor physically, because you keep hoping you're gonna land the big shot (this is what I believe from my own experience). and all Shane needed was one or two big punches to put Floyd in real trouble again. and since he already landed and saw the impact there is no point in giving up until the last second.
the reasons I believe could be ...
    1. over-trained
    2. loss of weight - some say this was the reason but I have a little doubt since I know fighters of today practice dehydration which enables you to loose up to 20 pounds in just two days and then regain them after the weigh in, and their performance doesn't suffer, infact they feel so energized they can perform at 110%. but to drop significant weight diuretics are required and I don't know if they are banned. so maybe this time Shane had to loose weight naturally and that just exhausted him or maybe there was something wrong with the dehydration process...
    3. no one pointed this out I think but why were Shane's hands wrapped just a few minutes before the fight??? he didn't really warm up normally and came into the ring DRY! i saw no sweat! and if you don't warm up you are not loose enough and if you aren't loose you get tired quickly. and Shane just looked too tight in the beginning.
    4. though I hope that's not the case ... yep, it could be the EPO

    OFFTOPIC:
    a) why people keep talking like there are only Floyd and Pac fans? I'm a Mosley fan all the way. I dislike both of them. Floyd for being such an ass and trashtalker. I hate his attitude because it's so money oriented, pure bull**** capitalism. And I dislike Pacquiao because he's overhyped and runs away from fighting Floyd and Mosley also.
    b) why do people keep saying Mosley beat up Margarito just because Nazim found "bricks" in his gloves? **** that, they way the fight was going down the outcome would be the same with or without the loaded gloves. what some people are saying is just straight bull****.

    Entirely wrong!!!!!!

Welterweight is 141-147. The limit is 147 but any fight between 141 - 147 is considered a welterweight fight.

By your logic, Mayweather weighed 146, therefore he is not a welterweight.

Sometimes, ESB is so frustrating. So many people are saying you don't know boxing, yet idiots are always cropping out.

that could be the reason for Maweathers win, not Shane gassing out which he did.
