That article was posted on espn.com in September. ESPN is the biggest sporting conglomerate in America. You think Shane doesn't know about this article? You're an idiot if you don't think he does. Being that he knows about this article and being that it was written September, don't you think he would've said something already if the article was lying? I don't know how old you are, or where the **** you live but there is no way in hell a company as prominant as ESPN could get away with not only lying, but also making up quotes that an athlete never said. As far as your last point, the only thing he could be convicted for at this point is lying to a grand jury. That's right, Mosley admitted to a grand jury that he took steroids, he just maintains that he did so unkowingly. So the only way for the Feds to convict Mosley would be to prove that he knowingly took steroids. The U.S federal goverment is not going to waste their time going after Mosley. There is a shitload of circumstancial evidence that suggests that Mosley knowingly took steroids. However, it would be next to impossible to get physical evidence of Mosley knowingly taking steroids(they would need some sort of taped conversation for this). You have no point, you're arguing against facts. That will always be a losing argument.:deal
They just didnt have enough to charge him with anything. He never failed a test and its not like they caught him in possession. Just like if they find your number in the cell phone of a drug dealer or hooker that gets busted. They might question you or try to scare you into testifiying but they really dont have enough to charge you with anything.
Yeah, you have some facts, and you have a whole lot of speculation. I'm just not willing to speculate as far as you have. I will say that the article and the fact that his name came up in the scandal looks bad for Shane, but that's not 100% concrete proof as far as I'm concerned. Again, believe what you want, and I'll feel free to do the same.
A better question may be what did he use to jump from lightweight to welter and look like a jr middle in the first fight.super strong and fast. mmmmm
I can't believe some people still give Mosley a free pass for the steroid scandal. The guy plain admitted to using. He might feign ignorance to try and excuse himself from blame, but he did admit it.
"Unknowingly, yes, some of the substances they are talking about, were being used as part of the workouts. I didn't know what the hell it was," Mosley said in an interview with ESPN.com You do see the quotation marks and know what they mean, right? And we're not talking about some obscure website, we're talking ESPN. If he hadn't said it would he not have a law suit for slander and defamation of character against them also? As far as you seeing things as much more complex than I do.....idiots always think things are more complex then they are.
Yeah, that's exactly what you would have said. That post was worlds ahead of anything you've ever even thought of. :yep
