Where did he claim that? Last I heard his name came up and was cleared like two minutes later.

From what I can recall.....when Balco was first raided by the FBI.....
....the FBI got a list of names from Balco's client list, and investigated mostly their high profile names like Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, Shane Mosely and some others......

.......the thing with Shane Mosely is that he was one and maybe the only high profile athlete on Balco's list that fully cooperated with the FBI.
From my recollection, Mosely even passed a lie detector test administered to him by the FBI.....and from what I know, the FBI has'nt bothered him since.

I dont know about you guys, but I'm not going to believe the accounts of a convicted felon who is now giving us his accounts to promote a book that he's trying to sell.

If the FBI was satisfied with Mosely's accounts, thats good enough for me!

Victor Conte knows absolutely nothing about Shane Mosely's boxing career. He's trying to take credit for Mosely finishing stronger than DLH in the last four rounds of their rematch.

.....funny that he's clueless that Mosely finished even stronger without Balco's help when he met DLH at 147 lbs......

.....and Mosely who is getting up their in age finished stronger than the younger lion in Miguel Cotto.

Somebody should inform Victor Conte that Mosely has never had a history of stamina issues.
Mosely's stamina has always been great before and after this Balco controversy!

The reason why I bring it up because Vargas did tire towards the end of his fight with De La Hoya. i dont think winstrol helped him at all.
Mosley always comes to a fight in top condition. I don't believe Shane is a cheat

I don't either, and if all they have is his name on some list and the words of a convicted felon then nobody here should be pretending to know anything for certain.

look bro...as a boxing fan its easy to love Mosley, he's everything about boxing we love...but he admitted that he juiced for the oscar rematch...and its funny how everyone rags on OScar yet everyone juices to fight him, that fight would be a NC if Mosley wasnt an OScar employee

Exactly. And it doesn't matter if he knew he was juicing or not. Fact is, its still an unfair advantage. The punch stats already favored Oscar by a good margin. If Shane hadn't been taking an illegal supplement this fight may very well have been much more decisive in Oscars favor.

Their first fight was a split decision. Oscar did much better in the rematch.

If the **** that he was alledgedly taking gave him such an unfair advantage then how come he didn't fare as well as he had in the first Oscar fight? Sounds to me like either Oscar got so much better between their two meetings that he was actually able to fare better against a juiced up Shane than he had against a clean Shane or the **** Shane was taking had no positive effect on his performance at all or this is all a bunch of bull****.

Execellent post but im sure it will be ignored because it makes sense. Ive been saying it for months Mosleys one of the best 2nd half fighters in boxing he doesnt need juice or whatever the **** we call it now. Like I said earlier Victor Contes word means absolute jack **** to me and im glad u agree hes just trying to sell his book thats all. Like u said in 2000 Shane looked incredible alot better late in the 1st fight then he did using that product in 2003. If im not mistaking Mosley also took a **** test when his name came up passed and also passed one for the DLH rematch.

Or maybe, just maybe Oscar learned from the first fight and Shane relied to much on the advantage an illegal supplement would give him. And if it was bull****, why would Shane have admitted to it? :nono

Lol, Shane has ADMITTED unknowingly taking illegal BALCO supplements that were undetectable to conventional steroid testing. The whole point is, knowingly or unknowingly it was an illegal advantage.
